DCH has been working with EPA for over a year now and this is what we appreciate about EPA: Open communication between EPA and DCH. It is easy to relay changes to EPA and staff at EPA follows through. The ER staff appreciate the consistent doctors. The schedule is always complete and timely. EPA engages in open dialogue and problem solving. Give quality education in regards to physician documentation, physician and facility charges, and the spring symposium. EPA allows and facilitates networking amongst the facilities.

We were with ECS before changing to EPA. ECS was more of a distant management group that we saw once a year at best and they never held meetings for the drs. EPA staff are accessible and responsive to our requests and needs. EPA holds the quarterly meetings that give our administration, the ED Physicians, and the ED Nurse Manager the opportunity to openly discuss issues and work on improvement efforts.
